When you open your email on Monday, every enquiry is logged and has a reply waiting: sent, if it was simple and you've switched that on, or drafted for you to check.

  1. Every enquiry is logged

    Spam is filtered out, and each genuine enquiry goes into your Google Sheet.

  2. Simple questions are automatically answered

    Replies use only the business information you have approved, and go out on their own only if you switch that on.

  3. Anything sensitive waits for you

    A reply that mentions a price, a quote, a date or an outside link is held as a draft, and you get an alert.

  4. You check it and press Send

    The draft waits in your email, ready to edit before it goes.
